OUR PROCESS

We simplify and streamline the complex process of identifying, grooming and acquiring fresh talent in the following 8 steps:

1. 1. Interested candidates apply online through the link sent by us (along with updated résumé)

   2. Preliminary Online Test  (to be conducted by recruiting company officials and coordinated by us | Elimination Round)

   3. Company Presentation and Q&A Session (to be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual Mode | Optional)

   4. Group Discussion (Optional | Elimination Round)

   5. Panel Interview Rounds (to be conducted by recruiting company officials | Virtual | Elimination round)

   6. Finalisation of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

   7. Offer letters / Letter of intent (LOI) of hiring / selecting the candidate would be issued subsequently

   8. On-boarding and induction of the best talent
