how we process the customised recruitment drives

We try to simplify and streamline the complex process of identifying, grooming and acquiring fresh talent in the following 9 steps:

1. We coordinate with the prospective employers on the current and future requirements for fresh talent

2. We coordinate with the esteemed institutions on candidates who may be interested in a recruitment drive

3. We share the employer profile and opportunity criteria with the interested candidates through the training and placement officials at the esteemed institutions

4. Interested candidates apply online through Google Forms designed and shared by us

5. We coordinate an online meeting with the interested candidates through Google Meet where we mentor each candidate for the future meet(s) with the officials of the prospective employer

6. We coordinate online MCQ based test(s) for the interested candidates if the employer has such a requirement prior to meeting the candidates for a final interview

7. We coordinate the final elimination test(s) and face-to-face interviews of the candidates by the officials of the prospective employer

8. The officials of the prospective employer conduct the final elimination round of interviews and declare the list of preferred candidates

9. We coordinate the sharing of offer letters and further communication between the prospective employer and the preferred candidates till their onboarding and induction
