We coordinate an online meeting with the interested candidates through Google Meet where we mentor each candidate for the future meet(s) with the officials of the prospective employer
We coordinate online MCQ based test(s) for the interested candidates if the employer has such a requirement prior to meeting the candidates for a final interview
We coordinate the final elimination test(s) and face-to-face interviews of the candidates by the officials of the prospective employer
The officials of the prospective employer conduct the final elimination round of interviews and declare the list of preferred candidates
